Qualify as a personnel service agent (m/f)
A varied job in temporary employment
Since August 2008, the personnel service agent (Personaldienstleistungskaufmann) has been a recognised occupation in accordance with the German vocational training act (BBiG). As a rule, training takes three years and is part of Germany's dual vocational training system.
Personnel service agents recruit personnel, coordinate personnel deployment and ensure that health and safety at work standards are met for our employees. They are also responsible for acquiring and handling orders and provide comprehensive support to clients to ensure their satisfaction. They also calculate and draw up offers, conclude contracts and deal with project and order management.
Personnel service agent training requires initiative, the ability to work independently and a sense of responsibility. You also have to be able to analyse and evaluate operational processes, observe and analyse regional market developments and be able to acquire knowledge about labour law and collective bargaining regulations.
After your training you will be qualified to work as a personnel manager, personnel officer or head of a personnel department. You will also have the option to continue your training and study for a bachelor's or master's degree.
